We are currently recruiting for multiple positions at our new Port Lincoln Centre:

Early Childhood Teachers (ECT) and Room Leaders (Diploma Qualified)

Understanding the Roles & What We Need

Early Childhood Teachers (ECT)

- Focus: Leading educational design, school readiness, intentional teaching, and mentoring overall pedagogy across the centre.
- Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the EYLF; deliver intentional teaching experiences; mentor team members; and collaborate on the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Role-Specific Requirements: * Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Registration (or immediate eligibility) with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia.

Room Leaders

- Focus: Day-to-day room operations, guiding room educators, and evaluating learning within your designated room.
- Key Responsibilities:



Lead room-based planning and critical reflection using the EYLF; create safe, engaging spaces under our Flow Learning approach; and partner closely with families.
- Role-Specific Requirements:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

Essential Requirements for Both Roles To be successful in either role, you will need:

- Current HLTAID012 First Aid certification (including CPR).
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- RRHAN-EC Masterclass certification.
- Completed National Police Check
- National Child Safety Training modules 1 through 4.
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and NQS standards.
