About the role

Become an expert in electric vehicle sales as part of the Leapmotor and Hongqi team at our showrooms. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales of these cutting-edge electric car brands. We have multiple positions available across our Sydney (Alexandria, Liverpool, Penrith) and Melbourne (Geelong, Port Melbourne) locations.

What you'll be doing

- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and match them with the right Leapmotor and Hongqi electric vehicle
- Deliver product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and capabilities of our electric vehicles
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest Leapmotor and Hongqi electric car models, technologies and industry developments
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective lead generation, proposal development and closing techniques
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process to build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with the wider showroom team to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within the automotive or technology industries
- Passion for electric vehicles and a desire to be at the forefront of the sustainable transportation revolution




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to explain complex information in simple terms
- A consultative, solutions-focused approach to sales
- Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple leads and sales opportunities
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to obtain any required permits or licenses
