You must have

- NSW Electrical Licence
- EWP Licence
- Communications Licence
- A proven track record leading teams on site
- High personal standards and a strong work ethic
- Sharp attention to detail — quality is non‑negotiable

- Ability to read and interpret drawings without hand‑holding
- Initiative, independence, and the ability to stay ahead of the work

Your Role You will be the driving force on site. Your responsibilities include:

- Leading day‑to‑day operations on commercial and light industrial projects
- Keeping the construction program on track and anticipating what’s next
- Overseeing installation, commissioning, and general electrical works
- Maintaining direct, daily communication with project management
- Enforcing safety standards and ensuring full compliance
- Understanding project documentation and executing with precision
- Setting the tone for the team through proactive leadership
