About the Role

We’re looking for a Field Service Electrician to join the team in Mackay, servicing major mine sites across Central Queensland. You’ll be responsible for preventative maintenance, electrical fault finding and repairs across customer installations and associated systems, while supporting the safe and reliable operation of site equipment.

What's On Offer

- Permanent full-time role
- Earn up to $71-$74/hour with meal allowance
- Monday–Friday, 38 hours/week, including 4 hours of paid travel time
- Fortnightly on-call weekend roster
- Regular exposure to major mine sites across Central Queensland

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine preventative maintenance on customer equipment, control panels and associated systems
- Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs,



while supporting site product replenishment activities
- Attend service call-outs, diagnose electrical faults, identify corrective actions and complete high-quality repairs with minimal rework
- Keep company equipment and assets well maintained, safe and fit for use
- Work with the regional engineering team when additional technical support is needed
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, service quality and reliable site operations

Requirements

- QLD Trade-Qualified Electrician
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence
- Current mine site inductions (highly desirable)
- Coal Board Medical
- Standard 11
