St Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School is an independent day and boarding school for over 1500 girls from Kindergarten to Year 12. We provide girls with opportunities to pursue personal and academic excellence in a respectful and supportive environment.

We are seeking an experienced and efficient administrator for the ongoing full time role of Enrolments Coordinator. Working closely with the Enrolments Registrar, the successful candidate will support a seamless enrolment experience for prospective families and coordinate the administration of the School's scholarship program. The role includes occasional work outside regular office hours and attendance at regional events as required.

This position plays a key role in building positive relationships with prospective families and guiding them through the enrolment and scholarship processes.

Responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

- Liaise closely with prospective families through the enquiry, application, enrolment, engagement,



interview and offer process.
- Assist with ensuring the enrolment pages of the School website are relevant and current.
- Coordinate the administration of the School’s scholarship program and assist in the organisation of scholarship testing and auditions.
- Coordinate Open Days and enrolment events and conduct school tours, as required.
- Undertake analytical reviews using the School’s databases to produce enrolment data.

This role includes working school holidays, with the provision of 4 weeks annual leave per year. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Applications close midnight Sunday 28 September 2026 and will be assessed as they are received. Interviews may be arranged prior to the closing date.
