We're seeking an Employment Consultant to support participants facing substance misuse and other barriers to employment. In this role, you'll provide ongoing case management, coaching, and practical support to help individuals build confidence, overcome challenges, and secure meaningful employment.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Managing a diverse caseload of participants

✅ Building strong relationships and providing one-on-one support

✅ Assisting participants to overcome barriers to employment

✅ Developing tailored job plans and employment pathways

✅ Helping with resumes, interview preparation, job searching, and career planning

✅ Working closely with local employers to create opportunities

✅ Providing ongoing support to achieve sustainable employment outcomes

✅ Maintaining accurate case notes and participant records
