Purpose The Engagement Coordinator drives client and stakeholder engagement by promoting Tulip Care Network's services, developing referral pathways, supporting client onboarding, and fostering meaningful relationships that contribute to client satisfaction, community presence, and sustainable business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Social Media and Marketing
- Develop, implement, and manage the organisation's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content that promotes services, client success stories, community involvement, staff achievements, and educational information related to NDIS and Aged Care.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with organisational goals and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to enquiries, and ensure timely and qualified communication with community members and stakeholders.
Marketing Materials Prepare marketing and advertising materials including:
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Posters
- Service guides
- Presentation materials
- Promotional videos
- Event banners
- Email marketing campaigns
- Digital advertising content
Campaigns and Growth
- Coordinate advertising campaigns across digital and community platforms to increase brand awareness and client referrals.
- Work with management to develop marketing strategies that support business growth and service expansion.
- Track and report on social media performance, advertising effectiveness, lead generation,
and community engagement metrics.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with NDIS advertising requirements, Aged Care sector expectations, privacy legislation, and organisational branding guidelines.
Community Engagement
- Promote community events, information sessions, workshops, and networking activities through digital and traditional marketing channels, including presentations, stall holding, and face-to-face community events.
- Maintain consistency in organisational branding across all communication and promotional materials.
- Assist with website updates and the development of news articles, blogs, newsletters, and client communications.
Content Creation
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of organisational activities, community events, staff initiatives, training sessions, participant programs, and promotional campaigns, ensuring appropriate consent is obtained.
- Create engaging visual content for use across social media platforms, websites, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
- Edit and optimise photos and videos using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Develop short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
