Our Practice is a beautifully equipped, friendly family practice offering high quality medical care located in Jimboomba QLD. We are currently seeking an EN or RN to join our team. We are looking for a confident nurse who can demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for the functionality of our Treatment Room. Initiation and forward thinking are key indicators we are looking for.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Following up on patient results and recalls
- Conducting health assessments and care plans
- Co-ordinate & facilitate treatment room- including stock control of all equipment and vaccines
- ECG's
- Spirometry
- Immunisations – adult & child
- Wound management
- Infection control
- Assisting doctors with minor procedures
- Maintaining cold chain management systems
- Patient history enhancement




- Triage Essential Criteria
- Ability to work independently or part of a team
- Demonstrate confidentiality with patient and clinical information
- Ability to multi task
- Experience with Bp an advantage

This position will be under supervision of Practice Nurse and will be provided extensive training in General practice environment. All responses will be treated confidentially.

Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: From $37.50 per hour
