About the Role As an Enrolment Specialist at The Grove Academy, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and organised enrolment experience for families. You’ll be the go-to person for managing and monitoring enrolment waitlists, ensuring families receive timely updates and support every step of the way.

Key responsibilities include





- Tracking occupancy across centre cluster and managing waitlists to reach 100% capacity
- Coordinating enrolment forms, CCS details, and invoices
- Maintaining families accounts and payments
- Supporting our campus management with enrolments and account enquiries
- Providing tailored support to families throughout their journey with us
- Staying organised with Monday.com and OWNA systems

Skills & Experience We’re looking for someone who thrives in organisation and communication. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in enrolments, accounts, customer service, or a similar role
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in using digital systems, such as Monday.com and OWNA
- A detail-oriented and proactive mindset
