- Coordinate category-related collateral and ensure category/merchandise plans are rolled out to schedule
- Meet business objectives in relation to category plans
- Assist in ensuring catalogue deadlines are met
- Conduct new product research
- Perform data analysis and review
- Prepare and present reports
- Provide general administration support related to the role and category
- Build internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Report directly to a Merchandise Manager

Requirements

- Category, merchandise or buying exposure, or a passion for developing a career in this area
- Retail or FMCG experience desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop solid stakeholder relationships
- Well-developed Excel skills
- Good experience in all other Microsoft packages
- Ability to analyse information
- Keen eye for detail and solid sense of logic
- Administrative prowess
- Natural ability to be organised
