Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer | NV1

Deliver secure, reliable and scalable enterprise network infrastructure as a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer in the ACT. Work across network support, secure gateways, virtual services, infrastructure upgrades and technical delivery, with two contract opportunities available.

Location: ACT
n Contract Duration: Contract to 30 June 2027 + 12 months + 12 months
n Security Clearance Requirement: NV1
n Closing Date: 10:00am, 11 September 2026

Essential Tasks

n

n
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot network hardware, software and infrastructure.
n
- Maintain and upgrade virtual service environments, servers and associated virtual services.
n
- Support secure gateways, network services and data centre infrastructure, including enhancement and remediation activities.
n




- Lead technical planning and delivery while producing specifications, deployment guides, operating procedures and as-built documentation.
n

Key Criteria

n

n
- Availability Management Level 5 and Capacity Management Level 4 capability.
n
- IT Infrastructure Level 4 and Problem Management Level 4 capability.
n
- Programming/Software Development Level 3 and Systems Design Level 5 capability.
n
- Cisco certifications and experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Azure, routing, Wi-Fi and gateway security technologies are desirable.
