DOOLEYS Group is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage club operations at DOOLEYS Lidcombe and Regent St Pavilion. You will lead and motivate staff, plan events, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with RSA, RCG, and ARCG requirements.
The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory role, hospitality experience, and the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including late nights and weekends.
