No energy experience? No problem. You'll receive comprehensive training across the energy market, sales process and systems to give you the tools to succeed.

- $65,000 - $70,000 + Super + Comms (OTE: $100k)

What you'll do:

- Make outbound calls to existing leads and your own prospecting lists.
- Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand client energy usage and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Present tailored energy solutions and guide clients through the sales process.
- Negotiate with energy suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Manage your pipeline and CRM activity to consistently work towards targets.
- Build long-term relationships and generate ongoing renewal opportunities.

What you need?





- Confident and personable on the phone.
- Highly motivated by targets and commission.
- Can handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
- Competitive and enjoys being rewarded for performance.
- Has strong communication and time-management skills.
- Wants to develop a long-term career in B2B sales.
