Beaconhills College is an open-entry, co-educational College offering outstanding holistic education opportunities from Early Learning to Year 12. The College currently has over 3000 students across two campuses in Pakenham and Berwick, which are organised into sub-schools; Early Learning, Junior, Middle, Year 9 and Senior Schools.

We are seeking a Environment and Sustainability Coordinator to join us at Beaconhills College. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating environmental sustainability initiatives across the College, supporting our commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable practices.

- Part-time (0.80 FTE) fixed-term position commencing 26 October 2026 and concluding 8 November 2027
- Monday to Thursday, 7.00 am to 3.06 pm
- Lead sustainability initiatives across both College campuses
- Coordinate the College's participation in the ResourceSmart Schools Program
- Monitor and report on energy, water, waste and biodiversity performance
- Conduct annual environmental audits and prepare sustainability reports
- Drive environmental projects, grants and community engagement initiatives
- Coordinate whole-school environmental events and campaigns
- Collaborate with students, staff and external stakeholders to promote sustainable practices
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check required
- Current National Police Check (obtained within the last 12 months) required
- Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
