Love events, beautiful spaces and want to know what actually happens behind the scenes?

Dreamscape Events is looking for an enthusiastic student who wants more than something to simply add to their CV.

You'll work directly alongside the founder, help bring real events to life across Sydney and get an inside look at how a creative events business is built and run.

Dreamscape Events is a Sydney-based event styling and décor business creating thoughtfully curated experiences for life's special moments.

Think weddings, birthdays, baby showers, milestone celebrations, fashion shows and more.

Every event is different, and every setup starts with a new vision.

WHAT YOU'LL GET INVOLVED IN:

No two events are exactly the same, but you can expect to:

- Help prepare and set up event décor
- Help bring event styling concepts to life
- Contribute your creative ideas to beautiful, real-life event displays
- Work with décor, displays and event spaces
- Gain exposure to event styling logistics and on-site setups
- Experience different venues and event types
- See what really goes into running an event styling and décor business behind the scenes

You'll get to see the journey from idea to finished event — including everything that happens before the final photos hit Instagram.

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...

- Are currently studying at university and seeking an internship or placement for academic credit
- Want practical,



real-world experience in the events industry
- Appreciate thoughtfully curated events and spaces
- Want to learn directly from a founder
- Enjoy learning by doing and getting hands-on
- Are reliable, organised and happy to get involved
- Are curious about events, business or entrepreneurship
- Have versatile availability to assist with events as opportunities arise
- Live within the Liverpool City Council area or surrounding areas, or can reliably travel to our base and event venues
- Have a current Australian driver's licence and access to a car

Students studying Events, Event Management, Business, Hospitality or a related field may find the opportunity particularly relevant, but your exact degree isn't important.

No previous events experience is required.

BONUS IF...

You have access to a van, SUV or spacious car that can comfortably fit event décor.

Where mutually agreed, you may be able to assist with transporting event décor. Pre-approved fuel costs will be reimbursed.

This opportunity is particularly suited to students seeking an internship or vocational placement for academic credit as part of their studies.

If your course includes an approved industry placement,



we're happy to work with you and your university or education provider to explore whether this opportunity can meet your placement requirements.

Any formal placement or course credit is subject to approval by your education provider before commencing.
