Leading Tasmanian Architectural practice JAWS ARCHITECTS has two vacancies: one for a suitably qualified architect, with the ability to grow to become a project lead, and another, for an experienced architectural graduate, to join the team in its Hobart or Launceston offices.
Key requirements for an experienced graduate/architect:
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with medium to large scale project delivery, including contract administration
- Robust design capabilities and attention to detail, with a proven documenting experience
- Advanced proficiency in CAD, particularly REVIT
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or collaboratively and manage a team and client relationships effectively
Key requirements for an experienced graduate:
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with medium to large scale project delivery, including contract administration
- Advanced proficiency in CAD, particularly REVIT
- Attention to detail and design capability
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or collaboratively and manage a small team
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and varied workload
