Melbourne Coffee Culture is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Broadbeach.

We are looking for someone who is confident working with a commercial espresso machine, understands coffee quality and can deliver consistently great service in a busy café environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare espresso coffee and a range of hot and cold beverages
- Operate commercial coffee equipment confidently
- Grind and dose coffee accurately
- Steam and texture milk to a high standard
- Maintain consistency across coffee orders
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take and process customer orders when required
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
- Work efficiently during busy periods
- Communicate effectively with the café and kitchen teams

About You




- Previous professional barista experience
- Confident using a commercial espresso machine
- Strong understanding of espresso preparation
- Skilled in milk texturing and latte preparation
- Able to maintain quality during busy service
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Clean and organised work habits
- Positive attitude and robust work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Hospitality experience
