The Role

As a Dermal Therapist or Senior Dermal Therapist, you'll have ownership of your clients' skin journeys — from consultation and treatment planning through to treatment progression and long-term maintenance.

You'll be responsible for

- Conducting comprehensive skin consultations
- Developing customised, evidence-based treatment plans
- Thinking beyond a single treatment and creating long-term treatment pathways
- Performing treatments thoroughly and to a consistently high standard
- Educating clients about their skin, treatments and appropriate home care
- Building genuine relationships that support strong client retention
- Rebooking and progressing clients appropriately through their treatment journey
- Managing client communication, bookings and relevant administration
- Working towards individual and clinic KPIs
- Contributing ideas and solutions that help the clinic improve
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to clinic-wide success
- Maintaining exceptional clinical, presentation and safety standards
- Taking ownership of your treatment space, equipment and resources

For Senior Dermal Therapists, we're particularly interested in candidates who enjoy mentoring others,



raising clinical standards and contributing to the development of the wider team.

Treatments & Technologies

Depending on your existing experience and training, you may perform:

- Skin needling
- HIFU
- Chemical peels
- LED
- IPL
- Laser hair removal
- Laser skin correction
- Corrective skin treatments
- Acne management programs
- Pigmentation programs
- Ageing and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Body sculpting and contouring treatments

Training on additional technologies is provided as part of onboarding, including Venus Viva, Venus Nova, Versa, HIFU and other advanced modalities.

About You

Essential

- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Dermal Therapy or Dermal Science
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skin-focused clinic
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, treatment planning and skincare ingredients
- Confidence conducting consultations and recommending personalised treatment plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Genuine passion for skin health and client outcomes
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive and resourceful approach to work
- Comfortable taking responsibility and being accountable for your results
- Growth mindset and commitment to ongoing learning
- Ability to work collaboratively and treat colleagues with professionalism and respect
- Availability for one late evening per week (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday) and Saturdays

Highly Regarded

- Experience with skin needling, chemical peels and corrective treatments
- IPL and laser experience
- Experience with advanced facial technologies
- Body sculpting and contouring experience
- Strong client retention and rebooking results
- Experience working towards KPIs and clinic growth targets
- Previous senior, mentoring or leadership experience
- Content creation or social media experience
