Here's the real one: We compete on thoroughness and trust, not price. Patients come to us because we do things properly, not because we're the cheapest option in Macarthur. If that's not how you practise, this isn't your job.

What We Offer & What We Need

- Autonomy: Run your own day with a full column, dedicated chairside support, and zero clinical micromanagement.
- Skills: You must already do excellent crown and bridge work—we don't have the time to teach that from the ground up. Endo, surgical extractions, or Invisalign are outstanding bonuses, but not required.

The Structure

- Remuneration: Start at 35% of production, moving to 40% as your numbers grow.
- Schedule: 2 days minimum, up to 4 days for the right fit.
- Projections:



Looking for $3,000–$3,500 a day within your first six weeks, growing toward $5,000–$6,000 as you settle in.
