Kalimera Souvlaki Art, a busy Greek restaurant in Oakleigh, is looking for an experienced and reliable Grill Cook / Kitchen All-Rounder to join our team.

The role includes

- Working confidently on the grill Cooking and preparing meats and other grilled items Preparing and wrapping souvlaki General food preparation Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organised Working quickly and efficiently during busy service periods

Previous experience working on a grill in a busy restaurant, takeaway, kebab, burger or fast-food kitchen is highly preferred. Experience in a Greek souvlaki shop is not essential, as training will be provided in preparing and wrapping souvlaki. We are looking for someone who:
- Has relevant grill or commercial kitchen experience Is reliable,



organised and comfortable working under pressure Learns quickly and follows food-safety procedures Works well as part of a team Is available for weekday and weekend shifts Is looking for reliable, ongoing employment

This is a casual position with regular ongoing shifts available for the right person. Immediate start available. Pay is in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award, including applicable weekend and public holiday penalty rates.
