Melbourne Coffee Culture is looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team in Broadbeach.

We are looking for someone who is confident preparing and cooking pizzas in a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare pizza dough and ingredients for service
- Prepare and cook pizzas to a consistently high standard
- Stretch and shape dough correctly
- Prepare toppings, sauces and other ingredients
- Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently
- Maintain consistent portion sizes and presentation
- Monitor cooking times and food quality
- Keep the pizza station clean and organised
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Minimise food waste
- Assist with general kitchen duties when required
- Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff

About You




- Previous professional pizza-making experience
- Strong understanding of dough preparation and pizza cooking
- Confident working with commercial pizza ovens
- Able to maintain quality and consistency during busy service
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
