About the Role

You'll support our Orthodontists in delivering treatment while maintaining patients' oral health before, during and after their journey — providing hygiene services, assisting with procedures, and educating patients throughout treatment.

What you'll do

• Providing orthodontic hygiene services; supporting treatment delivery

- Taking radiographs, clinical photographs, impressions and digital scans
- Assisting with banding/debanding and removing wires/appliances when required
- Removing plaque, calculus and stain; polishing teeth and restorations
- Applying fluoride, sealants and preventative agents
- Educating patients on oral hygiene, plaque control and nutrition
- Managing surgery setup, sterilisation and infection control
- Mentoring new team members and identifying workflow improvements

What You'll Bring





• Registered Dental Hygienist with AHPRA registration

- Previous orthodontic experience essential
- Confident communicator with excellent patient rapport
- High attention to detail and precision in clinical work
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
