We are seeking compassionate, experienced and reliable Palliative Care Carers to join our growing community care team.

As a Palliative Care Carer, you will provide compassionate in-home support to clients living with life-limiting conditions. Depending on individual care needs, your responsibilities may include:

- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living
- Supporting comfort, dignity and independence
- Assisting with mobility, positioning and other care needs
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting families and maintaining a calm, respectful environment
- Assisting with meal preparation, light domestic tasks and other practical needs
- Following individualised care plans and communicating changes in a timely manner
- Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and the Right at Home team

We are looking for carers who are:
- Compassionate, empathetic and genuinely client-focused
- Comfortable supporting clients with complex or changing care needs




- Experienced in palliative or end-of-life care
- Reliable, professional and confident working independently in clients' homes
- Respectful of individual choices, dignity, culture and preferences
- Strong communicators with a calm and reassuring approach
- Adaptable and willing to work across the Perth Northern Suburbs and surrounding areas

Previous palliative care experience is highly desirable. Experience supporting clients with complex care needs, dementia, chronic illness or end-of-life care will also be highly regarded. Why join Right at Home?
