Melbourne Coffee Culture is seeking an experienced Pasta Chef to join our kitchen team in Broadbeach.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pasta dishes while maintaining consistency, presentation and efficiency throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a range of pasta dishes
- Prepare pasta, sauces and supporting ingredients
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent portion sizes
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage the pasta station during service
- Prepare ingredients before service
- Maintain efficient workflow during busy periods
- Monitor food quality and cooking times
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
- Minimise food waste
- Assist other kitchen staff when required
- Work effectively as part of the kitchen team

About You




- Previous qualified experience as a Pasta Chef or Chef
- Strong knowledge of pasta preparation and cooking
- Experience preparing sauces and Italian-style dishes
- Able to work efficiently during busy service
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Hospitality or commercial kitchen experience
