EXPERIENCED VOICE PICKERS – CROWN TUGGER EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

Truganina & Derrimut | Immediate Starts | Day & Afternoon Shifts The Tusk Group is seeking experienced, reliable and high-performing Voice Pickers with proven Crown Tugger experience to join busy, well-established warehouse operations across Truganina and Derrimut. This opportunity is suited to candidates who take pride in their work, consistently achieve KPIs and understand the importance of safety, accuracy, reliability and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in voice picking within a warehouse or distribution environment
- Crown Tugger experience is essential
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet KPIs and productivity targets
- Excellent attendance and a strong record of reliability
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding and commitment to workplace health & safety
- Physically fit and comfortable safely lifting 15–20kg
- Flexible availability to work 5–6 days per week, including overtime when required




- Full availability is preferred — candidates with upcoming leave or regular commitments may not be suitable

Shift & Pay Rates

DAY SHIFT ? 6:00am – 2:00pm

? $34.85 per hour

Earlier 5:00am starts may be required

AFTERNOON SHIFT

? 3:00pm – 11:00pm

? $38.81 per hour
