About the role

Heritage Precast is a family-owned and operated precast concrete business in Toowoomba, supplying a wide range of concrete products across the region. We are looking for experienced, reliable and hardworking people to join our team.

Key responsibilities For Experienced Welders:

- Welding and fabrication of steel reinforcement and precast moulds
- Preparing and assembling steel components
- Working with the production team to meet daily targets
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- General precast concrete manufacturing duties when required

For Experienced Yardsman/Forklift Operator:
- Operating forklifts safely
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving and stacking precast concrete products
- Keeping the yard organised and tidy
- Preparing orders for customers and deliveries
- Assisting with general yard and production duties
- Working as part of a busy team

About you For Experienced Welders:

- Previous welding experience – precast/concrete experience highly regarded




- Ability to read and work from basic plans
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and physically fit
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid work ethic and a willingness to get the job done

For Experienced Yardsman/Forklift Operator:
- Previous yardsman/forklift experience
- Current forklift licence essential
- Experience handling heavy products preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Safety-focused with a great attitude
