We partner with a range of advice practices — from boutique and privately-owned firms to larger institutionally-aligned groups and are building a talent pool ahead of upcoming opportunities in this space.

The Role
Associate Adviser positions we recruit for typically involve:
- Preparing Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs)
- Research and strategy modelling across superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning
- Supporting senior advisers in client meetings and ongoing reviews
- Liaising with paraplanners, platforms, and product providers
- Ensuring advice documentation meets compliance and licensee standards
- Building toward a client-facing pathway to full Financial Adviser
What We're Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in Financial Planning, Commerce, or related field
- FASEA-approved education standards met or in progress
- 2+ years' experience in wealth management, paraplanning, or advice support
- Solid technical knowledge across super, investment, and insurance strategies
- RG146 compliance (desirable)
- Genuine ambition to progress toward a full Adviser role
