About HPP Group

HPP Group is an Australian leader in cut-to-size cabinetry, operating from our modern manufacturing facility in Molendinar on the Gold Coast. We are continuing to grow and are looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our manufacturing operation, with opportunities available across both our Despatch and Factory Teams.

About the Opportunities

We currently have two positions available, with the successful applicants working in either: Despatch – Forklift Operator / General Hand

This position will suit someone with experience in picking and packing, preparing orders for despatch, pallet wrapping and general warehouse duties. You will also assist with customer pick-ups, deliveries and forklift operations.

A current LF Forklift Licence and previous forklift experience is required for this position.

Factory – General Hand

This position will suit someone who enjoys hands-on factory work and is happy to assist across our manufacturing operation. Duties will include material handling, assisting production staff, maintaining work areas and general factory duties as required.

Previous factory, manufacturing, warehouse or similar experience is preferred. A forklift licence would be an advantage but is not essential.

For both positions, we are looking for people who are:

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Practical and hands-on, with a willingness to get involved
- Able to follow processes and instructions accurately
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as as part of a team
- Committed to maintaining a safe and clean working environment

- Excellent working hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Friday: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm
