Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and dedicated Family Support & Inclusion Officer (FISO) to join our team at Unity Park, Tarneit.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a role where you'll help create an inclusive environment where every child and family feels supported, valued and welcome.

Working across the service, you'll collaborate closely with educators and management to support children's individual needs, strengthen inclusion practices and build positive relationships with families.

About the Role

As a Family Support & Inclusion Officer, you will:

- Work across all rooms, supporting children from 6 weeks to 6 years
- Support the inclusion and participation of children with additional needs
- Work alongside educators to develop and implement inclusive strategies
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Support educators to understand and respond to individual children's needs
- Assist with identifying barriers to children's participation and development
- Collaborate with families, educators and external support professionals where required
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for every child
- Provide practical support to educators and the Centre Leadership Team
- Assist with ratio requirements when additional staffing support is needed

About You We're looking for someone who is compassionate, adaptable and passionate about inclusion and supporting children and families.

You'll ideally have

- Experience working in early childhood education, inclusion or family support
- A strong understanding of inclusive practices




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A warm, patient and supportive approach
- The ability to work collaboratively with educators, families and management
- Solid organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to adapt to different rooms, children and situations
- A genuine commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusion
- Flexibility to support the service when additional staffing is required

Flexibility & Hours This is a Part-Time position offering 25 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours when required. We're particularly interested in someone who can offer flexibility to work up to 37.5 hours per week when additional ratio support is needed, helping us provide consistency for our teams and children rather than relying on casual staffing.

Shifts will fall between 6:30am and 6:30pm, with flexibility around your availability.
