We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and physically capable Farm Hand to join our team. This full-time position is suited to someone with a strong work ethic, a genuine interest in farming and animal husbandry, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Your contribution will be essential to maintaining our farming operations, supporting livestock welfare and broad acre cropping operations, to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the business.

Located just 15 minutes from Sale, you'll have easy access to shopping, healthcare, and recreational facilities, including team sports and beach access. For families, primary and high school buses run to your choice of K–12 schools. And for those who love winter sports, the snowfields are only a couple of hours away. Located 5 minutes from the pristine 90 mile coast line!

Key Responsibilities

- General farm maintenance and upkeep
- Operating and maintaining tractors and farm machinery
- Assisting with seeding, spraying, hay production and harvest
- Fencing repairs and maintenance
- Water system maintenance
- Spraying and weed control
- Animal husbandry (drenching, dipping, mustering, marking, feeding, weighing)
- Assisting in cropping operations and machinery work

About You:

- Self-motivated and proactive
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Honest, reliable, and able to follow direction




- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic practical skills and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Willing to learn and adapt to daily tasks
- Previous experience in farm work is essential
- Currently living in Australia with full working rights
- Valid Australian driver's licence (manual transmission preferred)
- Experience operating tractors, harvesters, and spray equipment with GPS guidance systems preferred
- Knowledge of farm safety practices and a commitment to maintaining safe working conditions
- Heavy Vehicle licence (HR or above) preferred but not essential
