Combining premium accommodation, refined dining and an extensive events business, the property caters to leisure guests, weddings, conferences and major celebrations. As Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead the property’s food and beverage operation across restaurant dining, bars, conferences, weddings and private events. Working closely with the Executive Chef, events team and senior hotel leadership, you will be responsible for delivering consistently high service standards while ensuring the department performs effectively from both a people and commercial perspective.

Key responsibilities will include

- Lead, coach and develop the food and beverage team across restaurant, bar and event operations
- Oversee daily service delivery, ensuring consistently high standards across multiple F&B; environments
- Work closely with culinary, events and hotel teams to execute conferences, weddings and large-scale functions
- Manage rostering, labour productivity, stock control, beverage management and departmental costs
- Drive training, service improvements and operational systems while maintaining a visible presence on the floor

Candidate Profile





You will be an accomplished food and beverage professional with experience leading complex operations within a quality hotel, venue or events environment. You will combine strong operational instincts with commercial awareness and the ability to develop high-performing teams. Importantly, you will be comfortable managing both polished restaurant service and high-volume functions without compromising the guest experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a Food and Beverage Manager or comparable senior operational leadership role
- Strong exposure to premium hotel, restaurant, conferencing or large-scale event operations
- Demonstrated capability in leading, training and motivating sizeable hospitality teams
- Sound financial and operational knowledge across labour, rostering, stock and cost management
- A skilled, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
