Aussie Life Care is seeking Female Support Workers to support a participant in Cranbourne.

About the Role The role involves supporting the participant to build confidence, independence and daily living skills, while encouraging meaningful community participation.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, energetic and compassionate
- An excellent communicator
- Able to build rapport and actively engage with the participant
- Able to administer medication
- Handle Challenging Behaviour

Requirements
- Certificate II or III in Disability/Individual Support
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the disability or community services industry
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Shift Available: Monday: 8:00 PM - 10:00 AM (sleepover)

Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Cranbourne
