The Role and Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the House Manager, located in Canberra.

You will provide professional care practices such as; assessments, exceptional reporting and care plan evaluations.

You will plan, organise and implement nursing care for complex care client in accordance with individual care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care.

The Ideal Candidate

- An active AHPRA registration
- Nursing Registration Number
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care or community nursing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 3 days a week availability
