We are seeking an experienced Field Quality Inspector to join our team in Malaga, Western Australia, supporting the delivery of NBN telecommunications infrastructure projects.

In this role, you will:

- Conduct quality inspections and audits across completed telecommunications infrastructure works.
- Inspect NBN Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) installations to ensure compliance with client specifications and construction standards.
- Identify defects, non-conformances and quality issues requiring rectification.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation.
- Work closely with Field Supervisors, subcontractors and project teams to resolve quality issues and improve workmanship.
- Monitor compliance with company procedures, contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending practical solutions.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, accountability and safe work practices across project teams.

To be successful, you will have:





- Minimum 3 years' experience within telecommunications, construction, utilities, infrastructure or a related field environment.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Construction industry tickets (Construction Card, First Aid, CPR).
- Experience undertaking quality inspections, audits, quality assurance or compliance activities.
- Sound understanding of construction standards, specifications and quality requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with field personnel, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.
