About ENP Fitouts

ENP Fitouts is a Brisbane-based commercial builder delivering high-quality fit-outs across hospitality, retail, office, medical, and wellness sectors. We manage projects end-to-end — from pre-construction through to completion — with a strong focus on systems, cost control, and delivery. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high-performing Finance Contract Administrator who can take ownership of the commercial and administrative side of our projects.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and leadership team, this role is not just admin — it is core to project financial performance. You will be responsible for managing procurement, cost control, subcontract administration, and project reporting across multiple fit-out projects, ensuring jobs are delivered on budget, well-controlled, and commercially sound and working under the CEO and his team.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Construction

- Review project scope against drawings, estimates, and landlord requirements
- Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risk areas early
- Finalise subcontractor scopes of work, ensuring all responsibilities, inclusions, and exclusions are clearly defined and agreed upon
- Provide feedback to the team on project costs and establish cost control systems, including budgets, cost trackers, and procurement schedules, to ensure projects remain financially on track
- Review program against procurement lead times and flag long-lead items

During Construction

- Assess and approve subcontractor progress claims with the team (prevent overclaiming)
- Manage and assess key risk factors within the scope of work,



ensuring pricing is accurate and projects are financially viable
- Maintain live cost tracking including weekly over individual projects:
- Contract value
- Cost to date
- Forecast cost
- Forecast margin

- Monitor project financial performance and flag risks early

Project Close-Out

- Ensure all variations are captured and reconciled
- Assist with the Financial department on stages of project so they can send project claims
- Compile compliance documentation and handover packages
- Produce final cost report (forecast vs actual performance)

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a Finance Contract Administrator in commercial construction or fitouts
- Strong understanding of cost control, variations, and subcontract management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- A confident communicator who can effectively engage with people at all levels of the organisation
- Systems-driven mindset (cost tracking, reporting, process improvement)
- Enjoys thinking outside the box and challenging traditional ways of doing things
