Finance Coordinator

Are you highly organised, commercially minded and excellent at keeping deals moving? We’re looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing finance applications from submission through to settlement.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in mortgage broking, banking, lending or financial services who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

? What you'll be doing

You’ll become the central point of coordination between our brokers, lenders, referral partners and internal operations team. Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing finance applications from submission through to settlement
- Liaising with lenders, brokers, clients, referral partners, valuers and solicitors
- Tracking applications and proactively identifying potential delays
- Following up outstanding documentation and approvals
- Providing regular updates to brokers and referral partners
- Reviewing applications and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining CRM and workflow systems
- Staying across lender policies, credit appetite and product changes
- Attending lender training and industry sessions
- Helping improve processes and create a more efficient operation

? What we're looking for

Commercially aware – you understand that getting deals across the line matters.

⭐ Ideally, you'll have

- Experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, banking or financial services
- An understanding of residential and/or commercial lending
- Experience managing multiple applications or transactions
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with a CRM or loan origination platform
- A relevant degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics or similar is desirable, but experience and attitude are equally important
