Our client and valued partner, Samsung Electronics, is seeking a highly organised and analytical Finance Operations Specialist to support its Direct-to-Consumer Sales & Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of marketing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end processes, and operational excellence within a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage marketing budget forecasting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
- Support budget approvals, payment management, and marketing investment tracking.
- Coordinate sales deduction promotions, ensuring compliance and accurate ERP system management.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget performance updates.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders to drive commercial rigour and operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline (preferred).




- Previous experience in finance, business operations, or management support.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capability.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
