The Opportunity

As Finance Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of Revo’s transactional finance, payroll oversight, and operational compliance during an exciting phase of national expansion. Leading a dedicated team of finance professionals and offshore support, you’ll ensure seamless execution across AP/AR, inventory, and statutory reporting while embedding best-practice controls. It’s a high-impact role where you’ll actively coach your team, resolve operational queries, and lead key process improvements.

What will you be doing?

- Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the Payroll Manager, Accounts Payable Officer, Finance Officer and offshore Bookkeeper.
- Oversee payroll processing, compliance and related statutory obligations.
- Oversee AP & AR processing, Airwallex transaction processing, bank/POS reconciliations, and supplier statement reconciliations.
- Manage the procure to pay process, including purchase orders and coding/approval workflows.
- Prepare and lodge PTRS, BAS/FBT returns, and ABS reporting
- Manage the organisation’s insurance program, including renewals and claims.
- Oversee fixed asset management and the fixed asset register, as well as inventory management and reconciliation across our clubs
- Act as the escalation point for operational finance queries from internal stakeholders and club network staff.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across payroll, AP/AR, and transactional finance functions.

What are we looking for in you?

- Substantial experience in a transactional finance, payroll, or financial operations role
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience coaching, motivating, and managing performance across your team
- Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent qualification from a recognised accounting body.
- Experience managing payroll and AP/AR functions across multiple states or sites, ideally within a retail, hospitality,



or multi-site services environment.
- Proven history in improving and automating repetitive processes and embedding effective controls.
- Experience with BAS, FBT, payroll tax, and other statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Experience managing insurance, fixed asset, and inventory processes.
- Sound understanding of employment law and workforce compliance risk relevant to a multi-state casual and part-time workforce.
