At Stahmann Webster, we're looking for a capable and commercially minded Finance Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between Finance and Technology. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, improving systems and processes, and working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. Reporting to the ICT Service Delivery Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our finance systems environment while driving improvements that deliver real business value.

About the Role

As Finance Systems Analyst, you will be the key connection between Finance, ICT, and external technology partners. You'll ensure our finance systems operate effectively, support critical reporting requirements, and help deliver system enhancements and projects that improve business performance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong combination of finance knowledge, systems expertise, and stakeholder management capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support and administration for finance and reporting systems.
- Maintain chart of accounts, master data, reporting structures, mappings, and business rules.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain financial and management reports.
- Lead finance systems improvement initiatives from requirements gathering through to implementation.
- Coordinate testing, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Manage user access, security roles, authorisations, and delegations.
- Develop system documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.




- Deliver end-user training and promote system adoption.
- Work closely with Finance, ICT teams, and external vendors to deliver practical business solutions.

About You

You are a proactive problem-solver who can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You enjoy understanding business needs and translating them into effective system outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in a Finance Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong ERP systems experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience developing and maintaining reports using Power BI.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across Finance and Technology functions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Desirable

- CA or CPA qualification (or working towards).
- Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Experience with SAP Concur.
- Agriculture, agribusiness, or manufacturing industry experience.
- Ability to travel occasionally for project work.
