About the Role

As a Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering industry leading best practice financial advice that changes lives.
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.
- Implementing tailored strategies using our proven, comprehensive advice framework.
- Continuously developing your professional and technical expertise through structured mentoring and training

About You

The role would be well suited to individuals who already meet the new education standards, with some practical client-facing roles already under their belt. In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
- Permanent Working Rights in Australia with no restrictions
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's would be viewed favourably)
- Bachelor's degree must be in finance-related fields such as finance, economics, or financial planning




- At least 3 years' experience as a Financial Planner/Adviser or Associate Adviser in Australia
- FASEA Exam Compliant
- Current AFSL authorisation preferred (already on the FAR)
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve long-term financial security.
- Strong communication skills and professional presence.
