ABOUT THE COMPANY. Our Client - a Local Sydney Council, is looking for an experienced Fleet Data and Compliance Project Officer to join their team. This is a great chance for someone with strong attention to detail and experience across fleet, asset management, compliance or data administration.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

Temporary 3-month opportunity. In this role, you will support a range of fleet data, compliance and process improvement activities, with a strong focus on accuracy, record keeping and ensuring fleet information is up to date.

Must be available to work full time in the office.

DUTIES.

- Audit and maintain fleet and asset records
- Ensure databases and systems are accurate and up to date
- Support WHS compliance and documentation requirements
- Review and maintain fleet documentation and correspondence
- Assist with process mapping and continuous improvement activities




- Provide project and administrative support across fleet operations

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

- Council or Local Government experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Understanding of WHS and compliance requirements desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

REMUNERATIONs & BENEFITS.

- $50-$55 p/h + Super
- Full-time office-based role
