About The Role

As a Flower Handler joining our team based in West Swan, you’ll play an essential part in our daily operations, assisting in receiving, processing, picking, and packing fresh and dry flowers. This is a physically demanding role, requiring a high level of mobility and the ability to be on your feet for the majority of your shift.

Your tasks will include

- Unpacking, labelling, and restocking flowers.
- Performing quality control checks including measuring, weighing, packaging and appearance.
- Processing orders according to customer requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.
- Following defined processes, ensuring required paperwork is maintained and accurate.

About you We need hardworking, goal-driven individuals who are eager to be part of a close-knit team that loves what they do. The ideal candidate will have:

- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding workplace.
- A high level of physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to lift up to 15kgs.
- A positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic IT skills for tasks such as booking freight and managing stock.
- Availability between Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm.
- A Forklift License will be highly regarded.
