Positions available

Floor Manager - $80,000 - $85,000 + super + staff discount at all Fink restaurants in NSW + QLD

What we are looking for

Two years’ experience in a supervisor or management role ideally within a fine dining, busy restaurant.

Ability to lead a busy restaurant with a high volume of covers in peak season,



with ease and professionalism A passionate leader, invested in the development and success of their team

Experienced in inspiring and building a strong and highly knowledgeable team.

A leader invested in culture - staff happiness, satisfaction and performance.

Clear and strong communication and organizational skills.

Highly customer service focused.

Available to work nights and weekends, we are open from Monday- Sunday.
