Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant – Events, you will support the Events Management Team to deliver seamless event experiences from setup through to pack down. You’ll play a key role on the floor, ensuring service standards are met, guests are well cared for, and all events run smoothly and safely.

Where you’ll make an impact

- Assist with setup and pack down of event spaces, including furniture and equipment
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service across conferences, banquets and events
- Respond to guest requests,



enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Prioritise health and safety for guests and staff, including dietary requirements
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cashiering as required
- Communicate effectively with the Events Management Team during service
- Support team training, mentoring and adherence to company standards and procedures
- Contribute to a positive team culture where staff feel valued and supported

What we’re looking for

You’re a motivated events or hospitality professional with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for exceeding guest expectations. You enjoy working as part of a team, adapt easily to changing environments, and remain calm under pressure.

To be successful, you will need:

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage and/or Events
- Demonstrated skills in banqueting, conferences and events (Essential)
- Strong beverage, wine and cocktail knowledge (Essential)
- Ability to work long hours on your feet and manage physical tasks
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Current Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
- Valid Driver’s Licence (Essential)
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
