Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney, a part of the Amora Hotels Group, is a 415 - room hotel located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, adjacent to Wynyard station. As a family - owned Hotel, with multiple Food and Beverage outlets, Conferencing facilities and recreational amenities including an indoor pool, a spa and a sauna, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding guest services whilst adding a personal touch to everything we do. The Role

We currently have a fantastic and challenging career opportunities for motivated Full Time and Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to work in various Outlets of our 5 Star CBD Hotel. This includes our Hotel Restaurant, our Silo Bar and 1920's inspired Brooksy Bar.

Duties

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the successful applicants will pride themselves on working in a team to deliver seamless, friendly and efficient service to our guests.





The successful candidates need to possess the following experience and skills

- Strong Customer service skills and a Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Wine knowledge and cocktail knowledge preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Minimum 2 years' Food & Beverage experience
- Knowledge of Micros POS
- Hold a current RSA Certification
- Availability to work Flexible Shifts
