The Role

Are you an experienced F&B; Supervisor ready to take the next step? We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional to join our dynamic team as F&B; Duty Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has established themselves as a strong supervisor and is ready to take on greater responsibility, develop their leadership skills and progress their career within a five-star hotel environment.

Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our Restaurant, Bar and other F&B; outlets while leading a team to consistently deliver exceptional service.

Whether you are an experienced F&B; Duty Manager or a F&B; Supervisor looking for your first step into management, we are interested in hearing from hospitality professionals who are ready to grow, lead and make an impact.

The successful candidate will be required to:

- Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our F&B; outlets
- Lead, coach and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Support the development of supervisors and team members through training and on-the-floor leadership
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and product knowledge




- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns confidently and professionally
- Assist with rostering, staffing levels and performance management
- Support security, maintenance, health, safety and hygiene requirements
- Contribute to stock management, cost control and waste minimisation
- Work closely with our Kitchen and Events teams to ensure seamless service
- Promote our F&B; products and identify opportunities to maximise revenue through upselling
- Step into a leadership role where your initiative, ideas and decision-making can make a real difference

What we are looking for

- At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or senior F&B; role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work in a structured, high-volume hospitality environment
- Solid understanding of hospitality operations, including restaurant, bar, and events service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant Australian workplace health and safety regulations
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent practical knowledge and experience
- RSA certification (required)
