About the company/role:

- Food manufacturing company
- Based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne
- Seeking an enthusiastic Food Science student to join the team
- 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
- Casual contract
- October start

Duties, but not limited to:

- Assist within NPD creating samples, cooking products and sensory evluations
- Assist in laboratory administration setting up laboratory equipment, documentation, calibrations and write up of protocols
- Work with Marketing & Sales to evaluate samples and final products
- General laboratory housekeeping

Skills/experience:

- Currently studying Food Science & Technology (2nd or 3rd year continuing studies)
- Must be able to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Robust willingness to learn
