SENSO is looking for a Mandarin speaking Footwear Production Co-Ordinator to join our small, friendly & hardworking team based in Surry Hills.

The role will vary but will mainly consist of the below;

· Raising purchase orders and re orders

· Planning and monitoring production time frames to ensure on time deliveries

· Negotiating prices & costing

· Entering data & maintaining internal systems

· Quality checking bulk deliveries

· Placing sample orders and monitoring sample development

· Liasing with factories via our China office

· Fit testing samples and bulk production

· Organising shipping/ freight In order to be successful in this role, you will need to hold the below skills:

· Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading, speaking & writing)

· Great administrative and communication skills

· Proficient in Excel





· Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

· Proactive, efficient and willing to learn

· A positive attitude and intiative

· At least 2 years experience in a similar role

Your role is not limited to the above and will include a wide variety of other duties. This will change from time to time, and depending on your ambition, your role has the chance to grow to include many other responsibilities. Experience in footwear production and development would be preferred.
