- Develop, maintain, and deliver planograms to support sales growth, maximise space utilisation, and enhance the customer shopping experience
- Analyse sales and stock data to identify opportunities and improve store layouts and merchandising performance
- Test, update, and implement planograms, including new products, ranges, and store layout changes
- Communicate planogram updates and provide support and guidance to stores to ensure compliance and successful execution
- Prepare and deliver reports and insights to support merchandising and space planning initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide support across the wider team
- Ensure work complies with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards
- Assist with additional projects and business initiatives as required
