Novotel Brisbane South Bank is seeking a Part time Chef de Partie with a focus on conference and events catering to deliver high-quality cuisine and presentation.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef De Cuisine, assisting with menu prep, coordinating with FOH, and supervising kitchen staff in the absence of senior leadership. A recognized trade qualification and OH&S; knowledge are essential.
